Manor Excellence Assembly

May 28th, 2008 by Steven B. Haber

Our last manor Excellence Assembly is scheduled for Monday, June 2nd.

K – 2 begins at 9:15

3 – 5 begins at 1:30

Students of the month for May will be recognized.

Also,  Accelerated reading certificates for students that have met benchmark goals will be distributed.

Because report cards will be mailed home, honor roll and perfect attendance recognition will not be ready in time for this assembly.  If we receive those certificates before school is dismissed for the summer, we will get those to students on the last day.  You can expect report cards to make their way home by June 6th (approximately).

Yearbooks

May 14th, 2008 by Steven B. Haber

Yearbooks will be distributed soon!

We hope that everyone enjoys this year’s edition.

With the distribution of the yearbooks comes the traditional “autographing” by students.  Please be cautious if you choose to lend your yearbook to another student.  In the past, there have been instances of yearbooks being misplaced, lost, and even stolen.  Some students have even had messages written in their yearbooks that they did not want.  Once you have received YOUR yearbook, it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO KNOW WHERE IT IS AT ALL TIMES!  Books that are defaced, vandalized, misplaced, lost, or stolen WILL NOT BE REPLACED FOR FREE.  If copies remain for sale, additional books may be purchased through Ms. Vanaman.  REMEMBER:  IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO KNOW THE WHEREABOUTS OF YOUR YEARBOOK.
